By accessing and using the OMG Abu Dhabi 2026 Daily Venue Reporting System ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. This Service is provided exclusively for authorized personnel involved in OMG Abu Dhabi 2026 event operations.

2. Purpose of Service

The Service is designed to facilitate daily venue reporting for competition day operations at Zayed Sports City and associated venues. The Service enables authorized reporters to submit operational reports including staffing updates, incident reports, technical issues, and ceremony coordination details.

3. User Responsibilities

As an authorized user of this Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information in all reports
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose of operational reporting
• Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive operational information
• Not share access credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to submit reports
• Report any security concerns or unauthorized access immediately to event management
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and event policies

4. Data Collection and Use

The Service collects operational data necessary for event management, including:

• Reporter identification (name, assigned role, venue assignment)
• Operational reports (staffing, incidents, technical issues, ceremony details)
• Submission timestamps and report history

This data is used exclusively for OMG Abu Dhabi 2026 event operations, coordination, and post-event analysis. Data may be shared with event stakeholders, venue management, and relevant authorities as required for operational purposes.

5. Data Retention

Report data will be retained for the duration of OMG Abu Dhabi 2026 and for a reasonable period thereafter for administrative, legal, and archival purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and functionality of the Service are the property of Tell Gulf Co. and its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written authorization.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous Service availability during event operations, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. In case of Service disruption, alternative reporting procedures will be communicated through official event channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tell Gulf Co. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Modifications to Terms

Tell Gulf Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Service or official communication channels. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
